If everything is aesthetic, then surely it's easier to take good photos? No.

I got some HD scans which seem to have made a world of difference on the quality of the half frames.

Lots of better quality pictures gave me the opportunity to play around with different colour adjustments to see which I like or prefer. I categorised them into those that lean more heavily into blues, reds, and yellows.

I think in some cases, I over-adjusted, but it'll always be more noticeable when you know what the original looked like. That said, I think when a whole image looks <colour>-washed, it probably ends up looking a little over-edited.
