About this site

This is Froject, a site built from bullying some AI and an itch to document, record, and collect things.

I first started making this to put photography attempts in one place, and hopefully see improvements over time. As I started to add to the site, I felt there's often a story to share with the photographs and began to add some context. I don't want this to be a diary or blog, but I do want to be able to share my experiences with my friends and family without being tied to social media, which is recently filled with more and more distractions, inauthenticity, and performative rubbish.

Whatever I write is with the people I know in mind; it's easy to forget stories and experiences, and then share them in a meaningful way. I hope this makes it more permanent, if anything, for myself, and for those who care about me.

Maybe in the future, I'll add things relating to other hobbies too, like climbing, cooking, birds, or my dog.
